Invitation Letter

The Chinese government imposed a rule that anyone traveling to the Mainland of China with the purpose of doing business must carry a Business Visa. This Visa can be obtained when you have a business associate in China who can help you to do it. But in the event that you have no one to ask for an Invitation Letter, we can help you solve that problem.

To Obtain a Visa Application

According to the regulations of Foreign Ministry of P. R. of China, every foreigner must have a China Visa before they come to the mainland of China. China visa is a permit issued by the Chinese visa authorities to non-Chinese citizens for entry into, exit from and transit through China. Foreign Citizens of other countries are required to obtain a China visa before entering China. According to the applicants' identity, visiting purpose and passport type, the Chinese visa falls into four categories, namely, diplomatic, courtesy, service and ordinary visas. The ordinary visa consists of nine sub-categories, for example, Business Visa, Tourism Visa, Working Visa and so on, which are respectively marked with letters F, L, Z and so forth.

◇If you are going to the overseas country China, please read the information as follows carefully and get what kind of visa application form you will need.

• Business Visa (F): Issued to those foreigners who are invited to China for business for a period of less than six months.

• Tourism Visa (L): Issued to those who enter China temporarily for touring, family visiting or other personal affairs (multiple-entry is not granted for this category). If you are planning to travel in China, you must fill out a visa application of China before you apply for a Tourism Visa of China.

• Working Visa (Z): Issued to foreigners who are to take up a post or employment in China, and their accompanying family members. If you are planning to work in China, you must fill out a visa application of China before you apply for a Working Visa of China.
