Cupid
Ingredients:
3 ounces sherry 1 egg 1 teaspoon superfine sugar Pinch cayenne pepper 3 or 4 ice cubes
Directions:
Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass.
